Over 20 years in Real Estate Investing and Finance/ Accounting. Tons of experience in several areas.

Residential and Commercial Properties.

Property and Portfolio Management - Multi Million $ Portfolios.

Field and Back Office experience. Can drive results on job site and also run property mgmt office.

Sales and Leasing experience as well.

Will also Joint Venture with other investors who do not have the time or flexibility to handle fix n flips  or rental management.

IL properties. Chicagoland and surrounding.
