Experienced Developer seeking $27 Mil for Urban Infilll Development

We are experienced developers with a private initiative of providing custom modular Single Family homes and Townhouses.  We are seeking $27 mil for construction of new homes and the acquisition of existing homes to be renovated.

Our NRS ( Neighborhood Renewal & Stabilization  initiative is already underway and will start in Boston Massachusetts in January 2014.  We've identified the buyers, we've identified the land for new homes and we've identified existing homes to be acquired, we now need financing to carry out the initiative.  Initiative will expand to additional states as buyers, funding, & assets are identified.
