Equity for Senior Living and Multifamily Apartment Developments, Acquisitions, and Recapitalization

I have a source that is seeking development and acquisitions investments in Senior Housing and Multifamily commercial real estate.

They seeks to co-invest with seasoned developers and owners on a programmatic basis.  They look to begin new partnerships for co-investment on a single project initially, but with a business plan set for more opportunities to work together on in the near future.

Further, they can recapitalize equity in existing assets, portfolios, and developments.

They can bring LP or GP equity.  Generally they look to bring up to 90% of required equity though this can be negotiable.  In addition, their terms bring favorable debt options which can be recourse or non-recourse.

Mezzanine financing and preferred equity capital options available as well.

Because of their relationships they can also bring in debt.
