The first two are off market in Winston Salem NC Both C  Class apartments in a B  Class area. 
One 24 unit for $545,000
One 24 unit for $595,000 newer build. 
Two more in Central CA Both C+ in a very desirable area of town, walking distance to the medical district and hospital, and downtown main street.
One 5 unit that I am starting negotiations on that has been on and off the market for a couple of years now as they are asking to much at $470,000 A realistic price would be around $350,000 to $375,000
One more that just came on the market, 8 units listed for $499,500 This one may not last long for this type of asset in this location for this price.
