StoneTree Financial is a Direct Private Lender looking for commercial real estate loans in CA, OR, WA and NV.  Lending limits $400,000 to $5 million.  Interest only rates ranging from 9% to 12% depending on lien position (1st vs. 2nd), type of property, condition, location, etc.  We offer loan terms up to 5 years with LTV up to 65%.  We service all loans funded and protect referring Broker by including their fee in our Lender Instructions to Title at closing.
