We offer 30 year Rental Loan financing on 1-4 unit properties with a min. loan of $75K (min. asset value of $100K). We might be able to offer financing on multiple properties in a loan tape if there is a mix of higher valued properties mixed in with lower valued ones, as long as the average works out to be $75K+ for the loan tape.
