We have a New Lending Program named COVID-19 Business Loan Program is a Secured Loan using Real Estate ONLY. There are no payments for three months with interest-only payments for the first year. Credit is not a factor, and the business may be currently closed. We are looking merchants in need of bridge financing while they wait for the Federal Payroll Protection Program Loan and/or disaster-relief loan.
