One our Costa Rican connection (Broker agent) has showed us a big list of foreign and local wealthy Costa Ricans ready to purchase homes in the area (so you know what that means), we're projecting selling each and every property before finish, we also working with a local builder that knows very well the Costa Rica real estate market and has the right people to build our homes.
