Hello, I'm not sure if this is the place I need to be and if not, maybe you can help me get there.  I am in need of a large down payment for a new house in Viridian community in Arlington, Tx.  I have a builder that is willing to work with what I can offer.  

I am wanting to build a large house for fostering kids.  I need money for a down payment which is quite large for the house and neighbor that I wish to live in.  $100,000  will get me there.  If you aren't able to help me, can you give me resources that can.  I'm a retired teacher/coach of 32 years.  I had to retire for medical reasons.  I'm very humbled to ask for help but I feel like it is a win win. I've never been on any assistance and didn't think I would ever need it since I got a degree from Texas A&M University.  But after a horrible divorce, I find myself back where I started before college.  Teacher retirement isn't enough to raise kids.  I'm only 57, and I have lots more love and guidance to give.  I've worked 3 jobs at times to help care for my mother and other family members.  Now I'm in need and no one can help.  I would be grateful if you could help or guide me to someone who can.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
