We can provide funding as long as the deal makes sense.  As far as time to close, depends on your client’s ability to provide docs.  Senior Commercial Capital, LLC does not collect upfront fees.  There is a commitment fee after acceptance of terms and pre-approval ($1,795).  Of course, your client would have to pay for appraisal and any other 3rd party costs.  When ready, you can complete the EZ-3 Docs attached and receive a response if we would be interested in providing funding within 72-business hours.

I have been trying for a month to get my clients updated documents.  I didn't want to waste anyone's time with outdated info.  Most feed back I have gotten is from other brokers that are supposedly direct to the lender.  That is still a broker, not a direct lender.
