I’m looking for a nonrecourse and no score required, SFR ground-up construction loan with lot acquisition. We have the buyer in place. The location is Metro Atlanta area, Georgia. Hey Becky. Unfortunately, your loan request is too small for us. Our minimum loan amount is $2M. But the link I provided above is a well know lender that funds in GA!
