We finance Apartment Complex, Senior Housing, Assisted Living, Memory Care,

Hospital and Mobile Home Park throughout the United States.  This includes

non-recourse new construction to perm loans, substantial rehabilitation and

refi / acquisition loans.

All our loans are non-recourse, assumable and self-amortizing with no balloons

or rate adjustments.  Current rates are in the 3.75% range for 35 years fixed

(refi / acquisition) and 4.50% for new construction.
