We are a sponsor (co-investment) of adaptive reuse and redevelopment of commercial and retail shopping centers, specifically: 1) conversion of stand-alone vacant big box buildings into self-storage facilities; 2) redevelopment of multi-tenant retail shopping centers with dark big box anchor tenants; 3) acquiring value added existing self-storage properties.

No new ground up construction, only the re-development of existing properties and the conversion of vacant big box retail or commercial buildings into self-storage or other reuse options.

Thanks for posting this.  Mike Gustgafson and I are closing one of your other deals tomorrow and I will get to work on 2 of these.  He told me the Monterey Village deal was lost ot another investor.
