Hi Arden,

I am interested in additional information and help from you getting funding for the purchase of a very apartment complex. It is located in Columbus, GA. A Class C property with 34 2/1 units and all freshly remodeled except the last 3. Rents range from $450-$515 and tenants pay their own power and water.
