We offer a Non-recourse loan at 5% interest for a 10 yr. term amortized for 10 years, 2 yr. moratorium as project stabilizes, an Insurance Wrap is required (3% of loan amount), Insurance Wrap guarantees the loan in case of default, funds for Insurance Wrap must be placed in escrow (agency or attorney of your choice) before closing, but you must show proof of funds upon receiving LOI.  This loan can be refinanced after 5 years into a 20 year amortized loan.  If you have large deals seeking funding please contact me to discuss further!
