-Up to 125% LTV

-Assets can include: raw land, mines, mineral/oil/air rights, gold, silver, titanium, diamonds (raw or cut), precious metals, oil wells, art, artifacts

-Requires site visit and collateral verification/appraisal

-If collateral is being used for project funding, we can go up to 150% to 175% LTV

-45-day closing

-Asset must be free and clear from any liens
