Church seeks private funding for a transitional house

We are located in Spokane, WA.

A member moved across the state, for a job, and the real estate agent didn't bother to show the house. Now, he's facing foreclosure. I'm wanting [a] source[s] of private funding, to be able to pay off the mortgages $105k. Looking for an asset based lender, who will loan based on the house, asset, not the income of the church/members.
