Capital bunch lendings

Does anyone know Helen Burton from this company? Is it real or a scam? They are giving me a loan but wants $345 in advance for me to pay. Is there a company in the real estate finance that anyone has heard of by this name. I am wandering. Can someone let me know. If not i want to report so the manager or CEO can investigate. There # is 1-714-598-3224 and address is 510 Beach Boulevard, Anaheim, Ca. 92804. I will check BBB but it would be good for the Real Estate finance to also check for the good of the company members. Yes it is important, then I can discern whether or not you are telling the truth. You can't just show up out of the blue and tell us that someone provided a loan with up-front fees, and then not prove it.

I have found out after losing over $6000 dollars the hard way. DO NOT PAY ANY FEES TO ANYONE, ANY WERE, ANYTIME EXCEPT THROUGH ESCROW OR WITH A LAWYER YOU KNOW. FORGIVE ME IF I AM WRONG BUT IT IS PROBABLY A SCAM. THANKS TO ALL AND GOD BLESS TO THOSE WHO DO RIGHT.

I had a lender ask me fo $250 and I sent it.......got not 1 penny of a loan and not 1 penny of my money back......
