I am Ven Kristine Loverr Dettabali, 20 years old and an incoming 4th year BS Medical Technology student. I've always been wanting to help my family and to help my fellow Filipinos. At my young age I've been thinking of ways to uplift my family and this is the best plan that I've wanted to pursue. I am planning to buy a 300 square meters land and plans to put up 16 door units to be sold to prospect buyers. The estimated turn over of this project is $ 800,000. Thank you. I am in a family that cannot actually afford to have our own house. I have this business spirit though inclined in the field of Science. I would love to help my family and other people that's why I decided to do anything for this to work. I hope someone there would take a glance on my proposal.

I will repay the capital 1 year after the capital has been sent to me. I am choosing a monthly repayment. Other than that, if sales come easily, I will pay the capital in bigger amount than my monthly dues

With this, I wanted to ask you to lend me $500,000. and I promise to update you on all the things that will happen to the business and promises to give you 10% of the total earnings of the project
