We are looking for buyers and sellers.  If you buy, we have turn key investments. If you sell, we still have turn key investments that you can place 8-10% on top of property to sell to end investor.

American Real Estate Investments is a mid-sized RE investment firm that purchases, rehabs, rents, and resells 30 - 80 SFR per month.   We are looking for hard money lenders / equity partners / buyers /sellers to help us supply our rapidly expanding demand.  Our main focus is in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio and Austin Texas.  

The homes we purchase there are in the range of 80 - 160K and usually require 6 - 14K of work, so 90 - 180K all-ins.  Our average turn time from purchase to funded sale is 87 days.
