$250k to $20mm+

70% LTV with Higher LTC Being Considered on a Per Loan Basis (1st Lien/Senior Debt)

50% CLTV (2nd Lien/Junior Debt)


Bridge lending is helpful for 1031 or other transactions requiring speed; assets not in a position to qualify for A-Paper, or the borrower cannot qualify based on credit or debt to income ratios, etc.  Our lending criteria is asset based, with asset equity and debt service ability being the main drivers, as opposed to credit or borrower's personal income.


Keep in mind, we also purchase notes, both performing and non-performing, and can purchase notes from sellers who are carrying back paper on properties they've sold.
