We are a syndicate of two licensed and bonded lenders and a private equity group. Our 100% funding usually occurs within 120 days. We need a bridge partner for acquisitions and short holds.

We have many good projects that need upfront take-downs or great deals that need quick action to purchase. We have very qualified developers finding unfinished project opportunities. Bridge loan amounts will vary, from $100K to $5M.

We fund projects from $10M up, but are launching a private builder bank for $1M up in July.

If you can fund in 30 to 60 days and are willing to lend on ARV/ACV to fund 100% acquisition, we can provide you a steady stream of profitable turn-overs. We guarantee take-out.
