My partners and I are seeking a bridge loan for the purchase of 21 parcels (primarily SFR, 2-Units and 3-Units) in Chicago, IL. We are looking for a funding source that will finance $1.2M for a performing REO tape of which we are acquiring. The value of the tape is estimated at $2.5M.
