Borrow against pending insurance settlement


I am looking for help. I want to borrow against pending insurance settlement. Need $17,000 to $30,000 for 3 to 8 months. Will provide lien and note secured by pending settlement prepared by attorney handling claim/demand(s). Willing to pay $3,000 for the full $30,000!  I don’t know where else you can get that return!  There is virtually no risk!  Two accident claims want to settle!
