I'm looking for an Investor that is needing a trustworthy Bird-dog.

I have an extensive construction background, including: Production SFR construction, small developments, environmental requirements, building and safety codes, permitting and land use requirements, cost estimating and 3-D plan design (drafting).

For the right person, I'm willing to do a small deal at very low/no cost , to show my skills.
