LTV (loan-to-value): up to 85%
LTC (loan-to-cost): up to 90%
Interest Rates: 4.5%
Loan Term: 6 to 60 months
Lien Position: 1st or 2nd
Payment: 40-year amortization or interest-only
No minimum FICO score
