The Alpha Private Real Estate Fund is a private investment style fund
that focus on investments in Commercial Real Estate and Hotels and Senior Citizens’ and Age-care Centres 
 
We are looking for Investment (Participation) Capital for funding this Private Real Estate Closed End Fund with up to $60 Mio providing secured ROI of 5% up to 9% p.a. Providing Project security and partnership in the LLP.

The Private Real Estate Fund pools money from Investors and buys and recoveres Commercial Real Estate and
4* Hotels and Senior Citizens’ and Age-care Centres  this enhances the value of the Hotels and Projects. A Investor can benefit especially from the relative safety of the portfolio, and also the extensive experience and professional contacts of the experts who buy this real estate and manage the projects.

The  ROI return of 5% up to 9% can be guaranteed as a result of good monthly rental income over risk-free good avareage occupancy rates. 

We at Alpha R E Enterprise LLP, are constantly trying to upgrade our Investment Projects i.e. Commercial Real Estate and
4* Hotels and Senior Citizens’ and Age-care Centres and improve our services to suit our Investors requirements. 
We assure you that the projects are extremely cost-effective, stable income generating and eco-friendly in nature.
 
The investment to this Funds has no minimum to invest per Investor and is tied up for 7 -10 years.
The return on investment (ROI) is 5% up to 9%p.a, and is disbursed annually beginning from the 1st year of the investment 
A Premium of 10% has to be added on top of the invested amount.

Each Investor will be recorded within the Land registry of each Project and becomes therefore beneficial owner of the project, this depending of the amount of the amount invested and is therefore owner of a part of the Property the Fund has
 acquired.
The Exit strategy for the Investor is either by re-funding or selling the Properties to a higher Price as acquired.

As an investor you can
benefit especially from the relative safety of the portfolio, and also the extensive experience and professional contacts of experts who buy this real estate and make create positive effect. The Fund holders are obliged to pass on 90% of the taxable rental or sales revenue directly to the Fund holder, the investor.
