New Construction loans size - $250k to $5M
Cash-Out Refinance - $75K to $1.5M
Terms - 12 months (up to 18 months on exception basis).
Interest rates range anywhere from 9% to 15%.
Fix and Flip, they typically lend up to 80% of purchase price and 100% of renovation cost, not to exceed 65% ARV.
Construction deals, they typically lend 50 - 60% of purchase price and 100% of construction cost, not to exceed 60% ARV or 80% of deal cost.
