We are now accepting
capital clients with less than $100MM USD for project funding deals.

We are excited to announce our new program for project funding, which we call
the Tier 2 protocol. The Tier 2 will permit smaller capital clients to receive
the same leverage and non recourse funding offered to the Tier 1 client, but
with substantially lower capital participation requirements.

Tier 2 clients will enter under different rules than traditional Tier 1
clients. The minimum capital required is $10MM- $50MM. These clients will be
aggregated by Pike International Investments,Inc. into virtual groups of
investors whose collective funds equal $100MM or greater.
