Any hard money lenders for small SFR properties in ND/SD?

I have a client who wants to buy a SFR property in ND in a rural location for a smaller fixer upper and refinance to a long term loan after renting it out. I had a lender but they backed out deciding they will no longer lend in ND/SD. Purchase price is $68,000 with around $15,000 in repairs and the ARV is $110,000. Any takers?
