o Higher amounts may be available on particular deals.

· Rates:
o starting from 8.00%

· Loan fee:
o 1.00% to 3.00%

· Term:
o 1-4 years with extension options

· LTC/LTV:
o Up to 80%
o Higher leverage and mezzanine/preferred equity may be considered on a case-by-case basis

· Property types:
o Office, Retail, Multi-family, Condo, Flagged Hotels/Motels, Development sites, Self-storage, Senior Housing, Student Housing, Warehouse, light industrial and mixed-use Properties.

· Closing:
o fifteen to thirty days depending on transaction.

· Transaction types include:
o Quick closings, Cash Out, DPO’s, refinancing’s, Inventory loans, and other non-bankable loan requests

· Locations:
o Nationwide.
