We finance your project, 80% LTV, with an annual interest rate of 5% Amortization period up to 12 years, with 2 years grace. Projects from 1,000,000.00 Euros.

No payment in advance. Is important to note, that the applicant shall not advance any amount for any reason, until after signing the contract and the applicant get the loan money deposited to his bank account.

This product is for applicants committed, not for dreamers. We only finance real projects with demonstrable benefits and where the applicant can demonstrate solvency.

The applicant must have at least 30% assets, the capital that is asking for your project. (This assets will not be mortgaged).

Work step by step:

1 -. Applicant submits his project along with our application-form and all required documentation.

2 - After consideration and approval by our risk department and if the amount requested is between 1 and 5 million Euros, will be scheduled to meet face to face in London. If the amount is higher, the meeting will takes place in Dubai.

3 - If the meeting is positive and the parties agree, the applicant shall open an account in his name at a bank designated by the lender and deposit the 20% of the requested amount.

4 - Once opened such account, will proceed to the loan signing in public notary.

5 - After signing the contract and once the applicant receives in his account the money loan, the Lender will get the 20% previously deposited by the applicant.

THIS CAPITAL WILL BE USED TO FUND THE INTERESTS OF THE FIRST TWO YEARS, 5% X 2 YEARS = 10%. AND THE OTHER 10%, WILL PROCESSING FEES AND COMMISSIONS.
