Can anyone help with this loan scenario, Client purchase home via owner finance for 70k has paid apox 13k. balance is 57k. (aprox 57% LTV) The home is worth aprox 100k, Client needs a no doc no income tax no proof of income loan to pay off the owner that is carrying the note. 302 384 2322
