Particulars: Asset value $75+ million
Credit: US municipal government, AA3 credit
Loan structure: 25-year zero coupon bond-type structure and fully backed by the $75 million asset and a $25 million Trust
Summary: Loan opportunity to a US municipal borrower with excellent investment-grade credit (Moody’s AA3). Transaction to be backed by $75MM real property asset and a $25 million Trust or $100MM total assets. The key is a long-term lender who is comfortable with a 25 year zero structure.

Leah, thank you for the very professional and kind response. I am someone who is very experienced in this business, but not above making a mistake. And when I do I will apologize in public. So, I apologize for making this accusation. I am in the midst of dealing with and helping many borrowers sort through the forest of scams right now on these type forums, and I mistook your company for another (which I know to be a fraud). I should not have been so impulsive - it is unlike me to do that (unless I have done a more thorough investigation) While I might not believe Eastern does 250M per month of closed deals, I most definitely can't refute it.
So, normally I do not need the assistance of a broker entity, but I do have a couple of projects that I do not have sources for, but I do think are worthy. Could you give me an indication of the basic parameters asociated with a successful funding of a mixed-use hotel/healthcare related project? Also, for the construction of a theater. Basic criteria - LTV/LTCs and specific borrower req. to obtain a loan via EasternU.
Also, my sweet spot is the mining sector. Please advise if you need any assistance in this particular area of finance.
