25k 2nd deed of trust

Is there any private money investors willing to carry a 25k 2nd deed of trust on my house. This 25k is to help me pull through the next few months while my current in process deal close. An 8 or 10 year 25k loan would be of the utmost importance and greatfully in your debt.
