Quick question - Why would LTV be the only thing you want to see? There is next to nothing for anyone to provide some information.
With that said, if things check out, I can probably help you, and LTV and other terms will depend on what you're looking for, the information you put forth, and the lender brought forward. I have access to many different programs. 75 LTV would probably be the highest if you are purchasing for investment, but I would prepare for lower LTVs. Factor in closing costs too (appraisal/title/docs/escrow/etc. and origination).

LTV's range from 65 to 80% depending on if this is a hardmoney bridge or conventional financing. That will depend on the fico score and occupancy rate.
