Client or borrower much fill out the said lender LOAN APPLICATION FORM and it is compulsory without any negotiation.

Note that our lender will not be able to monitor the progression of the investment so for this reason, our lender prefers to Loan you the funds to invest in the project as the sole proprietor and return to them 3.5% interest rate annually for 5 years period and if your returns is considerable to them, our lender will renew another 10 years tenure with you.
 
This lender shall then go through the projects in any of the investment fields you choose to place the investment fund, throughout the contract tenure based on the mutual loan agreement.
