Is time for an update on my services for project financing as well as for acquisitions of commercial properties nationwide.
I now have 2 programs with the same lending source to choose from.
Program #1 is for New Development/Construction Projects Worldwide, starting at $10 M USD. This Program alone has 2 options within itself.
There's a 100% Financing where the lender funds 50% Debt and 50% Equity.
And for the more savvy clients, there is even a Non-Recourse Self-Liquidating Loan Scenario that requires the borrowers to have some monetarily contribution in order to accomplish this.
Program #2 is for Real Estate Investors that aggressively go after the bigger Commercial Properties.
This program is perfect for buying NNN, NN and any other type of commercial property of at least $10M USD.
Instead of the typical 20% to 50% or so that lenders and Banks require from the borrowers when purchasing these types of properties, our lender will only require a fraction of that. We are talking about a Huge Difference in the out of pocket cost to the Borrowers!
