We offer a Non-recourse loan at 4.5% interest for a 30 yr. term fully amortized , 40% Equity Stake, Buyout option after 5 years, 2 yr. moratorium as project stabilizes, an Insurance Wrap is required (3% of loan amount), Insurance Wrap guarantees the loan in case of default, funds for Insurance Wrap must be placed in escrow (agency or attorney of your choice) before closing, but you must show proof of funds upon receiving LOI.    If you have large deals seeking funding please contact me to discuss further!
