100% Commercial Funding with 20% seller carry back.

Good afternoon I am in search of someone/company who will fund a commercial deal in New Jersey priced at 695k for a single floor building consisting of a laundromat and is owner operated. Seller is willing to entertain holding a 20% mortgage.
