Hi all,

I have a client that would like to purchase a property to flip in Texas. He has great credit and completed 3 flips since 2021. He can only put down 10% and as a broker I have no option for a 90% flip loan without at least 10 flips the last 3 years. Any lenders here have 90% funding for a buyer with 3 flips in 3 years? If you do please post it here. Maybe it will help others looking for this type of funding too. Property is in Galveston.

90% will be hard .  May be able to do:

Thanks for your reply. I have been able to find 85% financing but he has turned that down. Borrower is holding out for 90%. Hoping someone on here has the right product for him.

I own this website and I am right there with you. I can only do 90% LTV Rehab for an Investor with 8 or more flips/rental properties over the last 3 years. I was able to complete a Rehab loan last month in 16 days so if he decides to put 15% down I am happy to help and can close fast.
