We have 25-acres fully serviced and zoned for a multi-use Hotel, Winery and 20 bare land strata homes, with the potential for 15 more homes ready to build. All permits, zoning and architectural drawings are in place. 2 show homes built, Invested $15m to-date, land is appraised at $14m, two new appraisals just completed, require funding for construction either by additional partner or financing.
