In lieu of the shifting economy (post-COVID), indicating shifting-demands, we now specialize in the funding of "Fix-&-Flip" 1-4 family investment property, with loans of 90% OR 100% of the purchase price & 100% of the Rehab cost.
We still execute Commercial Property loans (purchase-refinance-repositioning & new construction), secured by commercial real estate, along with Business (start-ups, purchase or refinance) loans, Alternative lending, such as working capital, equipment purchase/leasing, MCA & Invoice/factoring loans.
Additionally, we can arrange the complex funding of infrastructure projects (eg. roads, bridges & tunnels) as well as Oil, Gas & Green energy projects.
