You can customize this by state, mortgage amounts, etc...
California Homeowners,
Last Mortgage amount greater than $150,000,
Last Mortgage interest rate greater than 5%,
Good credit (score 650+),
Home value greater than last mortgage.
There are 453,037
All will have mailing address (obviously), about 20% will have email, after Do Not Call scrubbing 5% will have landline phone numbers.
