Our group of cash investors is also aggressively seeking to buy multi- family properties and notes directly from banks, REITs and private property owners. Notes must meet the following criteria:
• They need a minimum pool of 20 notes
• Each note must have a value of at least 1 million dollars
• They must be commercial notes; so no land or residential notes
• They cannot be listed with a broker
