    I bought a house as an investment two months on July 1.

    The house is located in Summit Hill, Pennsylvania 18250

    Purchase Price:  17k + 3k closing costs = 20k total costs

    Repair Cost = $15k to 25k

    Appraisal done last month August 2015

    As-Is Value:  $44,500

    After Repair Value:   $59,000

    I am looking for funds for loan to cover my original

    cost of acquisition plus funds to rehab the house.
