The minimum number of separate units is five. LTV is up to 75%.

Property types are SFR's, 2-4 Family, Townhouses, Condominiums, 5+ unit Multifamily, Mixed Use >50% Residential.

Non-Owner Occupied; Corporate Entity  

Interest Rate - 5.75% to 6.75%; Term 5 or 10 years (30 Year amortization)

Points - One; DSCR minimum - 1.2x; Credit Score - 680
