wonder if you can help? I have a client loosing there home.  This property was purchased on a Land Contract with a ballooned payment. This property has $80,000.00 equity. Market value $230,000.00 and balance $150,000.00. The client want's to stay in property. Very good location. Client can pay $1600.00 a month. Is this something you can do.
