Services:
· Fiber optic and free space optic internet service, delivering 100mbps internet to residential users.

 Via this network, delivering 70+ channels of satellite television, including 16 subscription channels (HBO 7 channels, Showtime 9 channels)

 Integrated VoIP telephone service to each residence providing the benefits of nationwide local calls, no long distance fees apply.

 Integrated video security systems utilizing ip addressable cameras for real time viewing with 7 day recording, basic package includes up to 20 cameras that can be accessed via the internet for real time viewing. This also allows for real time advertising of the property to potential residents.

 Optional Maintenance Management package allowing per minute time accountability for maintenance personnel, unit maintenance expenditure reports on demand, inventory management, and workorder control, while eliminating the need for office personnel to handle maintenance requests.

 All at an estimated cost of $61 per unit per month.

Basic fee calculation equation:

All services are priced as (cost x 500%) over the three year contract, equally divided by the number of units in the community based on a 300 unit complex. Communities under 300 are adjusted upwards per unit while communities over 300 units pay the same per door fees, increasing profit level.

Cyphers Internet cafe is intended as a showcase of services provided for a sales and marketing tool, housing for the equipment needed to operate the network, office space for Silverleaf Interconnect, help desk center, and as a distribution node for all services provided. It is designed to be marginally profitable on its own; however, profitability of the cafe is not required. Basically, it provides an income stream which would normally not be available, by allowing non clients access to our services. It is planned that Cyhpers will show a loss 2 out of every 5 years for tax purposes.

The target market of Silverleaf Interconnect are mass residential communities, ie appartment complexes, condominium complexes, hotels, university campuses, military installations, home owner associations, etc.
