- We work with private owners and real estate investors to create shared housing options. We also raise capital to purchase distressed properties, repair them, create shared housing, rent them at above market rates and then sell them off to passive investors. Front-end investors earn 15% per deal in 3 to 6 months....back-end buyers earn 10% NET on any property they buy from us.
Our model is very unique and a bit time intensive to establish but it works! Our renters share common space which we usually furnish, save money and have an all inclusive monthly rent. We also work with investors to turn-around non-performing properties..."rent-ready" is meaningless in today's economy.
Private homeowners also bring us a rooom or two in their homes or a private apartment or inlaw suite. We market the space same as our own and guaranty our results. Every tenant has a thorough background check before they even see a property.
We create win-win situations for homeowners, renters and investors. I'm a 4th generation contractor investor in metro Atlanta and this is the most powerful investment model I have ever come up with. Our owner clients get the added bonus of being able to use HandyANDY for repairs at a discount.
